Number 7 in our series. Prove we don't always take ourselves too seriously!
The British Born Chinese website's Discussion Board is rightly known as the most popular point for the British Chinese community to voice its opinions. With over 4000 registered users, you'll find a point of view on just about anything - and if you do manage to find something not covered, then start the discussion going!

The British Born Chinese organisation brings together around 200 people in London each month, while other meetings take place in Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol... well, just about anywhere including Hong Kong. Other events of interest are also listed here. Email us if you have something you'd like listed.

Poll Newsletter Chinese Culture

"Is there a need for an English language paper aimed at the Chinese Community similar to The Voice or Asian Times?"

The Black community has them, so does the Asain community, so why not the chinese? Vote in our poll here, and join the discussion here.

We welcome suggestions for new polls

We run a newsletter on an ad hoc basis - we won't send a newsletter out when we have nothing to say. Well over 5000 people now keep in touch with developments here as well as details of social events and listings of community events. Click here to register. Email addresses remain strictly confidential, and will never be given to anyone else to use.

The British Born Chinese website has joined forces with Chinatown Online to bring a broad sweep of information on Chinese culture.

Part of the aims of the British Born Chinese organisation are to encourage interest in Chinese culture and language. These pages carry easily accessible, valuable information in English.
